Account Deletion - Real Callbreak

At Real Callbreak, we prioritise the safety and privacy of our players. In line with our commitment to giving users complete control over their data, we have implemented a secure and transparent account deletion process.

Account Deletion Steps

1. Submit Account Deletion Request

To start the account deletion process, players must send an email to the official Real Callbreak email address, i.e. support@realcallbreak.com. This ensures that only the rightful owner of the account can make the request.

2. Confirmation Email

After submitting the request, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address. This email will contain a secure verification link.

3. Verification and Confirmation

Players need to click the verification link in the confirmation email to validate their request. Once verified, the account deletion process will begin.

4. Deletion Confirmation

When the deletion is complete, a final confirmation email will be sent. This email will:

• Confirm that the account has been deleted successfully.
• Provide details about the timeline for the complete removal of all associated data.

Important: Once your account is deleted, all your progress, gems, customisations, and purchase history will be permanently erased. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
